Audit & Risk Management Committee (ARMC)

The ARMC was established by the Chief Executive in line with the NSW Health Policy Directiveopen_in_new. It operates under a formal Charter that outlines the Committee’s objectives, authority, composition, tenure, and reporting arrangements.

The Committee’s purpose is to provide independent advice and assurance to the Chief Executive on governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance. By monitoring these frameworks, the ARMC helps strengthen accountability and supports HealthShare NSW in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality services to the NSW Health system.
